Offerings: Witt Acres Farm is a small, diversified beef and organic vegetable farm located in Fairfax, Vermont. The farm is owned and operated by Malachi Witt, a UVM graduate with a B.S. in Ecological Agriculture. Before founding Witt Acres Farm, Malachi spent five years at River Berry Farm, gaining practical, hands-on experience. Witt Acres Farm is passionate about integrating livestock and vegetable production to create resilient and sustainable food systems.
