Offerings: Angus/Holstein beef are raised on farm-grown grass and corn forages and sold year-round. Beef is processed and packaged at a Vermont/USDA inspection facility. Cuts include: many types of steak, brisket (halved), stew beef, boneless chuck roast, and ground beef. A variety of greenhouse and garden vegetables including some fruits are sold in season. Generally at the Northwest Farmer's Market in St. Albans mid-May to end of October on Saturdays from 9-2.
