Health Hero Farm is a conserved farm on the island of South Hero. We raise 100% grass-fed beef on 180 acres of organic pastures. By intensively managing grazing by our cattle, we produce well-marbled, tender and delicious meat. These practices also regenerate the soil and keep Lake Champlain clean. On-farm camping is also offered through Hipcamp. We also sell goat milk caramels from Capsand Creamery at our farmstand.
